my-paris-guide.com is published by my paris guide, a sole trader registered in France, not subject to VAT (article 293 B of the French tax code).

What this site does

my paris guide offers guided walking tours in Paris, in small groups or private. Some walks are led by our own guides, others by independent partner guides; in that case the tour is delivered and invoiced by the guide.

Prices shown are per person, starting from, for the format described on the page. They are confirmed at booking. Transport, museum entry and food are not included unless stated otherwise.

Personal data

The form collects your name, email address, phone number and the details of your request: date, number of participants, language, preferred time.

What they are used for: solely to handle your request and reply to you. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR, article 6.1.b). No data is sold or passed on for advertising.

Where they travel: the form is delivered by FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service based outside the European Union, which passes your message on by email. It keeps no database of your requests.

Who receives them: the publisher of the site, and the guide concerned when the walk is assigned to them.

For how long: three years after the last contact, the period recommended by the French data protection authority.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Use the form on the site or call 07 57 82 57 57; you will get an answer within a month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tracker. That is why no consent banner appears.

Fonts are served from this site, not from a third-party server: no request is made to another domain during your visit.

Photographs and text

Photographs were taken during our walks or supplied by the guides. Anyone appearing in a photograph who wishes it removed may ask on 07 57 82 57 57; the request will be handled without delay.

The descriptive text, the structure and the visual design belong to the publisher.
